SIGNIFICANCE:I bought this bike used and it is my fourth Ducati. So to say I am fanatic is an understatement. I have custom 996 that is very close to being finished as far as making alterations to my liking. When I got my 999R home I road it up and down the street and then took it to the local Ducati dealership and had them start dismantling it. I had the wheels powder coated to match the frame as well as the swing arm, rear sub frame, side stand and bottom frame plug red to match the bike. There is a custom carbon fiber front fender with custom front screens to allow more air to the brakes.

There is carbon rear mud guard with integrated chain guard. I had the bike custom painted consisting of a white stripe with black pin striping on either side. Down the front fender with Ducati shield cleared over on the tip of the fender. The Stripe continues up the V lower. Stripe continues through the rear mud guard and a Ducati emblem cleared at the end tip of the fender. A number plate was also painted to tie the whole bike together.
