2008 Ducati Superbike Concorso

2008 DUCATI SUPERBIKE CONCORSO ONLINE ROUND GUIDELINES AND ENTRY FORM

Please note: if you have tried to submit your entry in the past and encountered difficulties or did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please re-submit your entry. In order to improve performance, we were changing servers and did experience periodic outages.

Signup for the online round of the 2008 Ducati Superbike Concorso will open on Monday, April 7 and close on Monday, April 28. Online voting will then begin on May 1.

Due to the importance of pictures and bike description in this round, the requirements for entering will differ from that of the regional rounds. 6 pictures are required for entering the online round and up to 8 will be accepted. The first four pictures must be submitted as follows:

Picture 1 — Full bike, right side
Picture 2 — Full bike, left side
Picture 3 — Full bike, front
Picture 4 — Full bike, back

2 more pictures are required. They must be pictures of the bike you are entering and they should address the judging criteria as outlined in the Superbike Concorso FAQ by highlighting the specific details that will differentiate your bike. Please compose your detail shots to best embody how the details work with your bike as a whole. Unless it is a custom fabricated part with special significance, a detail's effect on the entire bike is most important to the judges.

The final 2 pictures are optional and the content is the choice of the entrant. However, the pictures must be of the bike you are entering. Since not all submitted entries will be chosen to compete, your pictures and bike description are of the utmost importance. If you do not have experience composing pictures, you might want to ask someone who has or briefly research the topic. In addition, please be as complete as you can be in describing the bike and what you believe sets it apart from other bikes. The information you submit will need to be verified if win in any category—any inconsistencies will be cause for disqualification.
